The products
Are Olea products really disposable?
Yes, they are designed for a single meal. But they are made to look as beautiful as table linen: matte paper, watercolor prints, embossed three-ply napkins.
Can the plates handle a real meal?
Yes. Our 10-inch plates are rigid and designed for a main course, sauce included.
Can I mix several patterns?
Of course: our eight patterns share the same cream, olive, sage and terracotta palette. A Natural Linen placemat under a Classic Olive plate is a lovely idea.
Is the Olea Kids series suitable for toddlers?
It was designed for children: smaller sizes, gentle patterns and the same food-contact standards as the main collection.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Everywhere in Canada and the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within one to two business days, then delivered in three to seven business days depending on your address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened packs cannot be returned or exchanged.
My parcel arrived damaged.
Write to us with a photo within 7 days: we’ll send you replacement products.
After the meal
How do I dispose of Olea products?
Follow the instructions on the band of each pack: home compost, municipal organics collection or industrial composting, depending on the product. Food scraps can go the same way.
Do the products contain plastic or PFAS?
No: our products are plastic-free, paraffin-free and PFAS-free. Our manufacturers’ certificates are available on request.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, for restaurants, caterers, hotels, event planners and retailers. Request a quote.
Can you print our logo?
Yes, in one or two colors, above a minimum volume. Let’s talk.
